This really depends on the size of the event and the menu. For wedding catering, we could be on-site up to 6 hours before service, but a BBQ garden party is normally 2 hours.
We can cater for as many guests as you need. There is no minimum or maximum. We’ve delivered delicious food for 20 people in a garden or 600 people for sit down celebration dinners.
Yes, we can cater for everyone and are happy to adapt our menus to suit. Let’s chat through your needs.
For a garden BBQ, we usually bring our 3m x 3m gazebo. A wedding would require a bigger kitchen and we are happy to work with your marquee company or venue.
We operate our bars on a minimum spend basis. You or you’re guests just need to buy the drinks and you get the bar plus staff included.
We will assess how many bar staff or waiters are required when we quote on an event but we can provide extra staff if needed.
We provide free no obligation quotes. If you choose to work with us, we will invoice you for 10% to confirm a booking. The balance will be invoiced and payable two weeks prior to the event, when you confirm final numbers and adjusted accordingly.

If you cancel within 7 days of event, costs will be charged.
We include travel and waste removal costs in our quotes.
We have a public liability insurance up to £10m.
All staff qualified in Food Hygiene Standards.
We follow all Health & Safety requirements including all covid-19 guidelines, which we monitor daily.
If your event needs an alcohol licence, our events team will obtain a Temporary Event License (TEN) under the legislation covered by the Licensing Act 2003.
